Carmine Di Noia
Carmine Di Noia is the Director for Financial and Enterprise Affairs at the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in Paris, from 2022. Previously, he was Commissioner of the Italian Securities and Exchange Commission (CONSOB) from 2016 and vice chair of the Corporate Governance Committee at OECD. He had been also Deputy Director General at Assonime (Association of Italian Corporations) and member of the board of the Italian Stock Exchange. He is Full Professor of Financial Markets and Banking at the Business School of Luiss University in Rome. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, a Doctorate in Economic Theory and Institutions from University of Rome, Tor Vergata, and a Laurea cum laude in Economics at University of Rome, La Sapienza
