Mauro Micillo
In 1994 he graduates in Business Administration at the University of Brescia, with the highest marks and a graduation thesis in econometrics and financial mathematics. In the same year he attends, through a scholarship of the “M. Tirandi” Foundation, the “Currency Management and International Finance” post-graduate specialization course. From 1996 to 2002 he becomes a Lecturer for different courses on Portfolio Management and Asset and Liability Management at SDA Bocconi. In 2004 he becomes Adjunct Professor at the University of Brescia, teaching the course “Derivatives and Financial Hedging”, within the Finance and Risk Management Master Degree. Since 2006 he has been Professor of the “Asset Management” course, within the General Management Master Degree at the LUISS Guido Carli in Rome (in English Language). He has been Vice Chairman and Member of the Executive Committees of ASSOGESTIONI (Italian National Association of Management Companies). He is also been Chairman of Allfunds Bank S.A., a joint-venture company between Intesa Sanpaolo and Santander specialized in fund distribution, from 2009 to 2013. In the previous years he was Vice Chairman of 21 Investimenti Partners S.p.A. and a Member of the European Commission’s Expert Group on Market Efficiency. He has been Member of the Board of Directors of MTS SpA.
