Luiss University invites outstanding scholars and faculty to express their interest in a full-time position as Associate/Full Professor of Management (Luiss Business School, MBA Program Management).

Requirements

Ideal candidates should have an international scientific reputation in their field, with high-impact publications. They have proven experience leading academic programs and strategically developing curricula, as well as strong connections to the professional world and executive learning. Proven experience with the Financial Times rankings is preferred.

Ideal candidates will be professors in Strategic Management, Marketing, Operations Management, or related disciplines, and will take on the academic leadership of the MBA programs at Luiss Business School. The candidate will lead the academic direction and strategic development of the MBA programs, ensuring compliance with international quality standards and alignment with the EQUIS, AMBA, and AACSB accreditation criteria. They will also collaborate with companies, alumni, and institutional stakeholders to strengthen the School’s global positioning and drive innovation in teaching, executive education, and program design.

Candidates must be able to teach and publish in English.

Role and Responsibilities

Luiss Associate and Full Professors are expected to conduct rigorous and innovative research in their fields of interest, publish in top-tier international journals, and provide academic support or leadership in research activities. They are also expected to actively participate in the academic and intellectual life of the University and the Luiss community as a whole, as well as contribute to the development of the University’s study programs.

The teaching load is typically 120 hours per year for bachelor's or master's degree programs, unless special conditions are agreed upon. Teaching assistantships are available. The faculty member will also be required to supervise bachelor's and master's theses. The position is full-time and offers a competitive salary.
