PRIVACY IN THE DIGITAL WORLD
Instructional goals
Training students on the new personality rights in the digital market.
Intended learning outcomes
Students will achieve a basic knowledge and understanding of the main legal issues concerning privacy protection in the digital market with specific emphasis on those affecting, including European regulation, consumer protection and civil liability.
Course Contents
Law and marketing; privacy, customer profiling and data regulation.

Teaching materials will be available or indicated at the outset of the course.
Teaching Methods
Frontal teaching, seminars, interactive discussion, case studies. Professionals from institutions, corporations and international law firms will participate to the course giving seminars on specific topics.
Assessment Method
Oral exams. Case study presentations; written exams.

The sources: Digital single market and data protection. The right of access and rectification. Harmonisation to the GDPR of the Privacy Code.
