BagExpress.it picks up your luggage directly from your home and delivers it to your destination in Italy and across Europe.

We offer the option to ship two types of luggage:  
-    IT-IT shipping: €28 for a piece of luggage weighing up to 25 kg, €38 for a piece of luggage weighing up to 40 kg 
-    Shipping from Italy to the EU and vice versa: €45 for a piece of luggage weighing up to 25 kg, and €60 for a piece of luggage weighing up to 40 kg.

The costs for EU-EU shipments vary based on the cities of origin and destination. Weights are not cumulative, so they refer to each individual piece of luggage. The required dimensions are 95x60x40cm. You can also ship cardboard boxes, which must adhere to the same weight and size limits. The rates are the same if you want to ship sports equipment, with the exception of golf bags and ski/snowboard bags. 
The rates shown also include a guarantee for damaged or lost luggage, up to a maximum of €500. You can also purchase an additional guarantee to cover any losses up to a maximum of €1,000. 
The customer can choose the pickup date from Monday to Friday. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. For shipments within Italy, it takes 24 hours to 3 business days. For shipments between Italy and the EU, it takes 2 to 4 days. The same applies to shipments within the EU. 
Delivery times may also be longer for more specific locations (e.g., smaller islands for all countries) or during peak shipping periods (e.g., the Christmas season and Black Friday).
