Apple Authorized Service
· Flaminia Computer guarantees technical or support assistance at various Luiss locations within one hour of your call
by its own Apple-certified technicians.
· Service at our Authorized Service Center includes pick-up and return to your location.
· A copy of the Apple contract is attached: Amendment to the Apple Authorized Service Provider Agreement.
Mac, iPad, and iPhone setup at Luiss
Upon purchase, a complimentary session is provided where the Luiss user will receive:
· configuration of their email profiles;
· pairing with an iPhone or iPad (or another Android smartphone or tablet);
· Installation of drivers for the peripherals used in your offices (printer, scanner, backup disks)
Data transfer
Flaminia Computer offers the following services at every Luiss location:
· Full or partial data transfer (as needed) between two Macs; between a PC and a Mac; between two PCs,
· Backup between two iPhones; between Android smartphones and iPhones.

Advantageous terms are granted on an ad-hoc basis through the creation of a dedicated operating lease schedule:
· with the option to purchase (residual value) already known at the start of the agreement and set at 2% instead of 10%;
· with insurance coverage for fire/theft and accidental damage; · reduction of collection fees.
Workshops on Adobe, Final Cut, and Microsoft are offered to faculty and students at your location or at our Apple center.
