The third session in the seminar series “Dialogues on Constitutional and Public Law,” coordinated by Marco Benvenuti of Sapienza University of Rome and Raffaele Bifulco of Luiss Guido Carli University. Each month, there will be discussions among scholars of different generations, starting with readings on highly relevant and current topics in constitutional and public law, as well as meetings on new developments in case law and/or legislation.
