D&I intersections - Female leadership: it's not just for show
An event organized in collaboration with the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Rome.
Through a theatrical experience, the two actresses, bringing to life various historical and contemporary characters, will explore themes such as the authenticity of women leaders, gender bias, resilience, the balance between work and personal life, and the challenges of power then and now.
Following the performance, there will be a discussion to reflect on the progress made and the path still ahead toward full equality of rights between women and men.
