Dialogues on the Legal Thought of Dianora Poletti
A scientific conference in the field of civil law, held in honor and memory of Dianora Poletti, a distinguished full professor at the University of Pisa and a judge at the Supreme Court of Cassation, who passed away prematurely on April 28, 2024.
During the day’s proceedings, the Call for Papers “Rereading Dianora Poletti” will be presented. This call is aimed at young scholars enrolled in doctoral programs and covers the following topics: biological harm and civil liability, vulnerable individuals and vulnerability, civil law and new technologies, and civil liability in evolving contexts. The goal is to gather contributions that showcase original research focusing on the challenges related to regulatory compliance, technological innovation, and the protection of rights.
