Final Event. First Edition of Next Gen Days
The final event of the first edition of Next Gen Days 2023, a multi-year program promoted by Confindustria’s Advisory Board of Foreign Investors (ABIE), aims to enhance the professional and leadership skills of young corporate talent through training days and networking with colleagues from other companies.
In today’s business environment, more and more companies are collaborating and sharing expertise to foster an integrated, strategic vision. Indeed, multinational corporations view human capital as a key driver for business growth, and therefore prioritize investment in training, especially for their youngest employees.
In 2023, the training days took place at BASF Italia, Novartis Italia, the Nestlé Group in Italy, and Kering Italia. In addition, a day was held at Accenture dedicated to developing a project. The 2024 training days will take place at Birra Peroni, Siemens, Toyota Material Handling Italia, and Volkswagen Group Italia.
