GEM-DIAMOND Annual Conference
The second annual GEM-DIAMOND conference, organized in partnership with ULB – Université libre de Bruxelles.
The conference will feature the active involvement, both from a scientific and an organizational perspective, of the Luiss PhD Programs in “Politics” and in “Law and Economics,” as well as the Department of Political Science. As such, the conference is promoted in memory of Mario Telò, a brilliant scholar and the driving force behind the collaboration between the ULB and Luiss, as well as one of the founders of the GEM Project.
Specifically, on the first day, March 12 at 2:30 pm in Room 203, a roundtable discussion titled “Globalization, Europe, Multilateralism: The Legacy of Mario Telò” will be chaired by Frederik Ponjaert from ULB. The panel will include Nicola Lupo and Silvia Menegazzi from Luiss University, as well as Giulia Tercovich from VUB-BSoG.
The conference will also feature an excellent lineup of keynote speakers, several training sessions for doctoral fellows, and parallel roundtables with presentations focused on the empirics and data collection for their research projects.
