The KlimaSeniorinnen and Last Judgment cases: An interdisciplinary reflective encounter

Seminar on the two key climate cases: KlimaSeniorinnen at the European Court of Human Rights and Giudizio Universale at the Court of Rome. The aim is to analyze their common themes (access to justice, separation of powers, the climate obligation, and the right to a healthy climate) and critical aspects, including how the former case may influence the procedural developments of the latter.
