NGDs-2024 Final Event
Next Generation Days (NGDs) is an initiative promoted by Confindustria’s Advisory Board of Foreign Investors (ABIE) to nurture young talent from foreign companies in Italy. Launched in 2023 by Lorenzo Bottinelli (Vice President and CEO of BASF Italia), the program is now in its third year, annually involving forty young individuals selected from twenty major international companies. Throughout the program, participants engage in discussions on topics such as leadership, sustainability, and innovation, taking part in traveling training sessions hosted by participating companies. The Final Event, hosted at Luiss Guido Carli, celebrates the achievements of the 2024 edition with keynote speeches, roundtable discussions, presentations of the best project work, and the final awards ceremony. CEOs, HR managers, Luiss students, and alumni from previous editions will be in attendance. This is a unique opportunity for networking between generations and companies, allowing us to build the skills of the future together.
