Regulating artificial intelligence: the Italian model within the framework of the European AI Act
The PRIN study seminar, “Digitalisation of Law-Making in an Increasingly Smart Society,” is dedicated to analyzing Italy’s artificial intelligence regulations in coordination with the European AI Act, with a focus on content and key implications.
With the participation of prominent national and international guests, the event will offer a discussion on the legislative choices and strategies adopted to address the challenges and capitalize on the opportunities of the digital transformation, while balancing innovation with the protection of fundamental rights.
