Daniele Mascia is an Associate Professor of Organization and Human Resource Management at Luiss.

“I chose Luiss because this is where I graduated several years ago, so my goal and hope was to pass on the skills and knowledge I gained during my professional career to new generations of students.” 

His research field is Business Organization: “One of the most interesting and fascinating topics in this area is organizational networks. Businesses need to build and manage effective relational capital. Therefore, understanding what drives the formation of a network and how to best manage it certainly contributes to a company's success in its market.” 

He loves traveling and playing sports: “Very often, traveling to countries near or far feels a bit like traveling through time. It lets us discover new cultures and new places, but it also allows us to discover and rediscover ourselves.”
