Collaboration agreement for the BRIDGEGAP project, funded by the European Commission – Call for applications

Publication of the call for a collaboration contract on BRIDGEGAP projects, funded by the EU under the Horizon Europe program. The deadline for submitting applications is Wednesday, April 22, at 3:00 pm.

The call for a collaboration contract on BRIDGEGAP European projects is now online. Interested candidates must submit their applications by Wednesday, April 22, at 3:00 pm (CET, UTC+1).

BRIDGEGAP aims to explore in depth how and to what extent corruption manages to infiltrate open societies, even beyond national borders. To this end, the project develops innovative tools to analyze its evolution over time and across different national contexts, integrating advanced models with social network analysis. A significant portion of the work is also dedicated to digital transparency: the project examines the available tools and the role of technologies—including their use and potential distortions—in corruption phenomena and anti-corruption practices, proposing targeted solutions.

At the same time, BRIDGEGAP analyzes public accountability systems and anti-corruption regulatory frameworks in EU member states and candidate countries. The goal is to identify critical issues in both regulation and effectiveness, thereby helping to strengthen the link between academic research and public policy.

The selection process aims to identify a collaborator to perform the following activities:

  • support for MOOC activities (WP10);
  • collaborating on the design and creation of a large-scale, open online course;
  • support for research activities aimed at producing a volume (deliverable expected in month 48);
  • support for dissemination and communication activities.

The contract will begin in May 2026 and will run for four months. Presence in Rome is required

The call for applications and the application form are available here.

The following documents must be attached to the application for admission to the selection process:

  • a curriculum vitae in English;
  • cover letter;
  • a copy of a valid ID;
  • a certificate of a master's degree or equivalent academic qualification obtained abroad;
  • a sample text written in English.

The selection of the collaborator, which will be carried out by a dedicated Evaluation Committee, will involve a preliminary assessment of the candidates' qualifications and a possible interview.

The selection process results and the final ranking will be posted on the relevant Luiss web page, along with any list of candidates invited for an interview, the interview time, and the method or location.
