Remote lessons: the experience of student Giovanni Luigi Gioia
The situation related to the novel coronavirus and the resulting government measures required prompt and effective action. The University has decided not to interrupt teaching and will continue offering courses remotely via the WebEx platform.
This solution was implemented on Thursday, March 5, and has so far reached over 7,000 students. They appreciate the opportunity to interact with the more than 500 faculty members who teach the classes.
This is the case for Giovanni Luigi Gioia, a first-year master's student in Corporate Finance: “Allowing its more than 10,000 students to continue learning and discussing, even from miles away: it's in situations like this that you can gauge the quality of the university you attend, and I'm proud to say that Luiss isn't stopping.”
This feedback confirms the university's readiness to provide students with the right tools to continue their studies.
