Start Cup Lazio 2023 Final

 The Start Cup Lazio Final has concluded for the 9th edition as well .  Titled “Entrepreneurial Valorization of Scientific Research and Social Impact,” the most important regional Business Plan Competition supports and awards the best innovative startup projects from universities and research institutions in Lazio.  

The competition aims to focus on innovative startups, nurture young talent, and position Italy at the forefront of entrepreneurial culture. Coordinated by the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” and promoted by a collaborative network that includes Luiss, the competition has demonstrated how the synergy between the worlds of research, education, and institutions positively impacts the growth and well-being of the region.

With 54 innovative business ideas and the involvement of 170 researchers and university students, the AgriSky project (LUISS Guido Carli – Roma Tre University) made it to the final 28 and won the “LVenture Group” award. Presented by Pietro Nobili (LVenture Group), the award guarantees a direct one-on-one with the LVG acceleration team and program managers to support the startup's growth.

By promoting innovative agriculture, AgrySky specializes in selling and developing sustainability projects aimed at reducing CO2 emissions into the environment and optimizing water resource use. By developing a B2B platform, the AgrySky project bridges the market gap in the sector, enabling businesses and public administrations to find solutions to improve their environmental footprint.
