Webinar with Sir Antonio Pappano

On Saturday, April 25, the Vice President of the University, Paola Severino, and the President and Superintendent of the Accademia di Santa Cecilia, Michele dall'Ongaro, will engage in a conversation with Maestro Sir Antonio Pappano, Music Director of the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia in Rome and Music Director of the Royal Opera House in London. This virtual event is organized by Luiss Guido Carli in collaboration with the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia to celebrate the 75th Anniversary of the Liberation.

The event will be broadcast live on the University’s Facebook page and will be available on the Luiss website, as well as on its LinkedIn and YouTube channels, and on the websites of the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia and Rai Cultura.

This extraordinary event will begin with the Italian National Anthem, performed by the Orchestra and Chorus of the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia under the direction of Maestro Pappano. Following the performance, Maestro Pappano will be interviewed by Prof. Severino and President Dall’Ongaro.
