Acceptance Letters Issuance

Late May for Fall Semester, Spring Semester, and Full-Year Students

Late October for exceptional second-round, Spring-Semester Students

Pre-registration on the Universitaly Portal
(Only for students requiring a study visa)

Upon receiving the Acceptance Letter, students are encouraged to complete their pre-enrolment as soon as possible, before applying for a study visa at the Consulate. Pre-registration is mandatory.

For Second Semester (Spring) Students: Pre-registration must be completed no later than 30 November.

Course Registration

June/July for Fall Semester

December for Spring Semester

Signature of Learning Agreements 
(Before the Mobility)

Fall Semester: After course registration in June/July, until early September

Spring Semester: After course registration in December

Signature of Learning Agreements 
(During the Mobility)

Fall Semester: After the first week of classes in September

Spring Semester: After the first week of classes in February

Confirmation of Stay Signature

Once all of a student’s exams have been recorded on their personal Web Self-Service page, they may request the Confirmation of Stay to be signed either:

By email: in_erasmusexchange@luiss.it

In person: at the International Student Mobility Office

Please note that the date of the final exam will be considered the last day of the mobility period.

Transcript of Records Issuance

Fall Semester:
1. Early February: For students finishing all exams in the First Examination Period.
2. Early March: For all other students.

Spring & Full Year: Mid-July
