On Wednesday, November 12 at 3:00 PM, the workshop “TERNABILITY – Nurturing Talent through Inclusion and Self-Efficacy” will be held in the Nocco Lecture Hall on the Luiss Campus in Via Parenzo.
The initiative was created with the aim of delving deeper into the topics of neurodiversity, learning disabilities, and the role of self-efficacy in educational and professional settings.

Neurodiversity and selection processes: Terna's contribution

Thanks to the participation of the Terna team, the meeting will offer an in-depth look at the topic of self-efficacy, analyzed in particular in relation to personnel selection processes and strategies for nurturing talent with an inclusive approach.
The three-hour workshop provides an opportunity for dialogue between academia and the business world, with the sharing of experiences and best practices to foster a culture of inclusion.

During the first part of the workshop, the following speakers will take the floor: Prof. Emiliana De Blasio, Professor of Media Studies, Scientific Director of the PRO-BEN Lazio 2 project, and Advisor to the Rector for Diversity, Inclusion, and Sustainability at Luiss; Prof. Francesca Federico, Associate Professor in the Department of Developmental and Social Psychology at La Sapienza University of Rome; Dr. Anna Zegretti, Coordinator of the Se.I. Tu.! service at Luiss; and Maria Luisa Trezza, a Luiss student.

In the second part of the event, Terna’s Diversity & Inclusion Team, along with colleagues from Terna Academy and Terna’s Selection Team, will lead interactive activities and discussions to explore how to nurture talent through inclusion and self-efficacy.
