Fees and charges | Luiss students will pay their tuition fees to Luiss and will therefore be exempt from paying tuition fees at KU. |
Qualifications awarded | Upon completion of the programme, students will be awarded a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Artificial Intelligence from Luiss, and a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Artificial Intelligence (Licencjat) from KU. To be awarded the Double Degree, participants must comply with the rules and conditions set by both universities. |

Key academic regulations
- Students who are interested are required to read and understand the curriculum and its associated rules. Changes to the curriculum are generally not permitted.
- The exams listed must be taken and passed in the academic year specified in the curriculum, and not at a later date.
- During the mobility period, students will be subject to KU's rules.
Information about the thesis
Each university will provide detailed information about the procedures and timescales in due course. For information purposes:
- Students must comply with the procedures and deadlines set by both institutions for their dissertations.
- Students will complete their dissertation during the third year with the support of two supervisors: one from KU and one from Luiss. Both supervisors must approve the dissertation proposal, which must meet the standards set by both institutions.
- Each institution will assess the final thesis in line with its own criteria.

- Students selected for a Double Degree Programme are required to follow the curriculum set out for their year of mobility, including any changes – particularly those relating to language courses and other academic activities.

| Students must have earned at least 80 credits by the end of the 2025–2026 winter exam session and at least 126 credits by the end of the 2025–2026 summer exam session. |
| A weighted average exam mark of 26.5/30 or higher, achieved by the deadline specified in the Selection Notice (usually mid-February). |
English language proficiency: at least B2 level (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages), to be demonstrated by one of the following qualifications:

Selection criteria (mobility year 2026/27)
Candidates who meet the admission requirements will be placed on the ranking list based on their academic record and the criteria set out in the table below. Academic records will be assessed based on the data available at the Student Administration Office by the deadline specified in the Call for Applications (usually mid-February).
