Key academic regulations
- Students who are interested are required to read the curriculum and the rules that apply to it. As a general rule, it is not possible to make changes to the curriculum.
- The exams listed in the curriculum must be taken and passed before the start of the mobility year.
- During the mobility period, students will be subject to the regulations of Bayes Business School.
Information about the thesis
Detailed information about the procedures and their associated deadlines will be provided by the two universities during the course of the programme. For reference:
- Students are required to comply with the procedures and deadlines set by both institutions for the completion of their thesis.
- Students will develop their dissertation project during the mobility period, under the supervision of two supervisors – one from Luiss and one from Bayes Business School. The thesis proposal must be approved by both supervisors and meet the academic standards set by the two institutions.
- The dissertation project is an individual piece of work.
- Each institution will assess the final dissertation in accordance with its own academic criteria and regulations.
The Luiss dissertation is considered equivalent to the Business Research Project at Bayes Business School. The deadline for submitting the Business Research Project is September 2026, in accordance with the terms and procedures set by Bayes Business School.
Students will be required to defend their theses at Luiss during one of the official graduation sessions available from October 2026 onwards.

Candidates who meet the admission requirements will be placed on the ranking list based on their academic record and the criteria set out in the table below. Academic records will be assessed based on the data available at the Student Administration Office by the deadline specified in the Call for Applications (usually mid-February).
