Double Degree in Corporate Finance with Bayes Business School (formerly Cass Business School)
Highlights
The Double Degree between Luiss and Bayes Business School is a challenging two-year program taught entirely in English, designed for students enrolled in the first year of the Luiss Master's program in Corporate Finance.
Students who complete the program will earn a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Luiss University and a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Bayes Business School.
The program is structured as follows:
- the first year is spent at Luiss (Rome);
- The second year is spent at Bayes Business School (London, UK).
Students selected for the Double Degree will be registered at Luiss and will pay tuition there during their time at Bayes Business School. Students will be exempt from paying tuition at Bayes Business School. However, there may be a few administrative expenses at Bayes Business School (such as costs related to issuing the Bayes Business School degree).
To earn a Double Degree, students must comply with the rules and conditions of both their home and host universities regarding credits, attendance, deadlines, and more.

Students selected for a Double Degree program must adhere to the corresponding study plan. They must accept all the changes listed in the study plan, especially regarding languages and other activities.

Students enrolled in the first year of the Master's Degree in Corporate Finance can apply for this program.

Each year, two students participate in the program.
Requirements (updated for the 2026–2027 mobility year)
Candidates for this program should meet the following requirements:
- Weighted average grade equal to or above 27.5;
- All first-semester exams must be taken and registered by the deadline specified in the Call for Applications (usually mid-February);
- A final Bachelor's Degree grade of 105 out of 110 or higher;
- For English, students must possess one of the following certifications:
- TOEFL (IBT or Home Edition) with a minimum score of 100 and a writing score of at least 25
- IELTS Academic with a minimum score of 7, a writing score of at least 6.5, and a score of at least 6.0 in each of the other sections (please note that the IELTS Indicator will not be accepted).
The English-language certificates should not be older than two years at the time of departure (September 2026).

Selection Criteria
Candidates will be ranked based on their academic performance score, which is currently calculated according to the following criteria:

Registered ECTS credits: The academic score will take into account all registered credits valid towards one’s degree (excluding internships). Credits must be registered by the deadline indicated in the Call for Applications (usually mid-February). Please note that additional courses (electives) will not be taken into consideration.
