Enrollment in Luiss Master's Degree Programs for the 2025/2026 academic year

If you’ve been admitted to a Luiss Master’s Degree Program for the 2025/2026 academic year, this page provides all the essential information you need to successfully complete your enrollment.

Registration is required for all students admitted through one of the selection procedures for the 2025/2026 academic year. It’s the first mandatory step to formalize your admission to Luiss and subsequently proceed to the enrollment phase.

How to register and the timeline

Enrollment is done entirely online. You can access the reserved Web Self-Service area with the credentials you received during the application process. If you are a new student, you can get these credentials by entering your tax code at the following link: https://utility.luiss.it/. If you are already enrolled at the University, you can use your Luiss credentials.

During the process, you will be asked to:

  • Fill in your personal and contact details
  • Upload some personal documents
  • Pay the first installment of your tuition fees

The one-time fee for enrolling in the first year of a Luiss Master’s degree program is:

  • €13,600.00 for most programs
  • €15,300.00 for courses in Corporate Finance and Management

Payment is split into three installments over the academic year.
The amount of the first installment and its due dates vary depending on the admission method.

The deadlines for enrollment are set out in the relevant Competition Notice and cannot be extended. It is crucial to meet the deadlines to avoid losing your assigned spot. You can find all the updated dates in the FAQ section dedicated to deadlines.

 

After enrolling: finalizing your registration

Once you’ve registered for the program and completed the payment, you can finalize your enrollment by November 13, 2025. To do so, upload all the required documents online, including your bachelor’s degree obtained by that date.
Enrollment is contingent upon:

  • Registration for the course
  • Payment of the first installment, the regional fee, and the stamp duty
  • Submission of the signed application
  • Verification of the minimum curricular requirements

If you earn an academic degree abroad, you will need to submit specific documentation. Check the FAQ for all the requirements.

Below are the deadlines for each admission type:

  • Domestic students – Direct admission for certifications
    • Round I: by April 22, 2025
    • Round II: by May 15, 2025
  • International Students – EU Student Selection
    • Round I: by April 22, 2025
    • Round II: by June 12, 2025
  • International Students – Selection of non-EU students
    • By April 22, 2025
  • Italian students – Luiss Master's Test
    • By June 12, 2025

Please note: All deadlines are final and cannot be extended. Enrollment cannot be finalized after the deadline.

If you haven't enrolled at Luiss yet, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Web Self-Service reserved area using the credentials you received via email at the address provided during the application process. You can recover your password by entering your tax code in the designated section at the following link: https://utility.luiss.it/ 
    The first time you log in, you'll be asked to change your password. You'll need this password for future logins, so we recommend keeping it safe.
  2. Go to the “Enrollment/Certificates” section > “Registration / Enrollment for Attendance / Summer School,” then click the blue button at the bottom of the page.
  3. Fill in the required information, including any alternate contacts (Self-Certification section). After entering the information, click on “Go to Self-Certification Management” and return to the “Enrollment for Attendance” section to complete the process.
  4. Upload the following documents: 
    • Identification document (ID card, driver’s license, or passport – PDF format)
    • A front-facing passport photo (JPEG format)
    • Tax code or health insurance card (PDF – only for students of Italian nationality)
    • Home university; if you earned your Bachelor’s degree abroad, select:
      “Luiss – Guido Carli Free International University of Social Studies”
  5. Payment of the first installment. Once you’ve completed the process, go to: “Enrollments” > “Payments,” click on the payment slip ID, and choose between:
    • “Pay with PagoPA” for online payment
    • “Print payment slip for PagoPA” to pay at the bank.

The amount due by April 22, 2025 is:

  • €4,600.00 (standard amount)
  • €5,100.00 for courses in Corporate Finance or Management

If you're not yet a Luiss student (newly enrolled), follow these steps:

Log in to the Web Self-Service area using your credentials.

  1. Go to the “Enrollment/Certificates” section > “Registration/Enrollment for Attendance/Summer School,” then click the blue button at the bottom of the page.
  2. Fill in the required information, including any updates to your personal and academic details.
  3. Follow these steps:
    1. Upload a copy of your ID (ID card, driver’s license, or passport – in PDF format)
    2. In the “Educational Qualifications” section, click on “Bachelor's Degree” > “Enter,” and indicate an expected date of graduation. For the 2024/2025 academic year, enter “2024
    3. Upload your tax code or health card (PDF – only for students residing in Italy)
  4. Payment of the first installment. Once you complete the guided process, a summary page will appear.  Go to “Enrollments” > “Payments,” click on the payment slip ID, and select:
    1. “Pay with PagoPA” for online payment
    2. “Print payment slip for PagoPA” to pay at the bank.

Payment must be made without delay by April 22, 2025.
Amounts due:

  • €4,600.00 (standard)
  • €5,100.00 for courses in Corporate Finance or Management

After payment, go to the “Payments” section of the Web Self-Service.
If you see a green light next to the payment, your attendance registration was successful.

Yes. Enrollment is contingent upon meeting the minimum curricular requirements for the selected Master’s degree program

If you don't meet these requirements, you'll need to provide proof or meet them by November 13, 2025. Check the section on the Luiss website dedicated to curricular requirements.

You must complete enrollment by November 13, 2025: 

  • By earning a bachelor's degree 
  • By paying the regional tax and stamp duty 
  • By uploading the signed enrollment application along with all required documentation

After that date, it will not be possible to finalize the process.

You will need to submit: 

  • Original qualification document 
  • Declaration of Value (Italian Embassy/Consulate) or CIMEA Certificate of Comparability. 

These documents are required to confirm the validity of your qualification for admission to Italian higher education. Check out the section for international students for all the details.

Please refer to the following deadlines based on your admission type:

  • National students - Direct admission through certifications
    • Round I: by April 22, 2025

  • International students – EU student selection

If you haven't enrolled at Luiss yet, follow these steps:

To complete your enrollment for attendance, log in to the Web Self-Service portal using the credentials sent to the email address provided during your application.  You can retrieve your password by entering your Fiscal Code/Tax ID in the dedicated section at the following link: Retrieve your password
    When you log in for the first time, you'll be asked to change your password, which you'll need for future access. We recommend that you save it securely.
  2. Go to: “Registration/certificates” -> “Enrollment/Summer School,” then click the blue button at the bottom of the page. Fill in the required information, including any alternative contact details (under the “Self-Certification” section). Once completed, click on “Go to Self-Certification Management,” then return to the Enrollment for Attendance section to complete the process.
  3. Please upload the following documents:
    • Identity document (identity card, driver’s license, or passport – PDF format)
    • Passport-style photo (JPEG format)
    • Tax code card or health insurance card (PDF format – required only for Italian nationals)
    • Name of your home university; if you obtained your Bachelor's Degree abroad, select: “Luiss – Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali Guido Carli”
  4. Payment of the first installment. Once the procedure is complete, go to: “Enrollment” > “Payments”, click on the payment slip number, and choose one of the following:
    • “Pay with PagoPA” to pay online
    • “Print PagoPA payment notice” to pay at the bank.

The amount due by April 22, 2025 is:

  • €4,600.00 (standard amount)
  • €5,100.00 for the Corporate Finance or Management programs

If you're already a Luiss student:

  1. Log in to the Web Self-Service portal with your existing credentials. 
  2. Go to: “Enrollment/Certificates” > “Enrollment / Enrollment for Attendance / Summer School,” then click the blue button at the bottom of the page. Fill in the required information, including any updates to your personal or academic details.
  3. Please complete the following steps:
    • Upload a copy of your identity document (identity card, driver’s license, or passport – PDF format)
    • In the “Educational Qualifications” section, click on “Bachelor’s Degree” > “Insert” and enter an estimated graduation date. For the 2024/2025 academic year, enter “2024”
    • Upload your tax code card or health insurance card (PDF – only for students residing in Italy)
  4. Payment of the First Installment. At the end of the guided process, you will see a summary page. Go to “Enrollment” > “Payments,” click on the payment slip number, and choose one of the following options:
    • “Pay with PagoPA” to pay online
    • “Print PagoPA payment notice” to pay at the bank

Payment is due no later than April 22, 2025.
Amounts due:

  • €4,600.00 (standard)
  • €5,100.00 for programs in Corporate Finance or Management

After making the payment, go to the “Payments” section in the Web Self-Service portal. If a green indicator appears next to your payment, your attendance registration has been successfully completed.

Yes. To enroll, you must meet the minimum curricular requirements for the Master's Degree program you have chosen. If you do not meet these requirements, you will need to provide supporting documentation or fulfill them by November 13, 2025. Please refer to the dedicated Curricular Requirements section on the Luiss website for full details.

You must complete your enrollment by November 13, 2025, by:

  • Obtaining your Bachelor’s degree
  • Paying the regional fee and stamp duty
  • Uploading the signed enrollment application, complete with all required documentation

Please note that after this date, you will no longer be able to finalize your enrollment.
 

You will need to submit the following documents: 

  • Your original degree certificate 
  • Either a Declaration of Value issued by the Italian Embassy or Consulate, or a CIMEA Certificate of Comparability. 

These documents are required to confirm the validity of your degree for admission to higher education in Italy.
