Instructions for Admitted Students - Orientation for the 2024 Summer School

Congratulations on passing the Admission Test during the Orientation 4 Summer School 2024 edition. This test is valid for admission to the Bachelor’s and Single-Cycle Degree programs offered for the 2025/2026 academic year.

Starting in early November, you will receive an email at the address provided on your test application with instructions on how to access the Self-Service Web services and proceed with your enrollment reservation, which must be completed by November 12, 2024.

To properly complete your enrollment reservation, as stipulated in the Competition Notice, by November 12, 2024 at the latest, you must:

1. complete the enrollment reservation process online by selecting the degree program you wish to enroll in. Please note: if you took the admission test in Italian, you can only enroll in a degree program taught in Italian. However, if you took the test in English, you can choose either an Italian- or English-taught program.
2. pay the first installment of the single tuition fee for the 2025/2026 academic year, which amounts to 4,200 euros. The deadline is final and cannot be extended; therefore, any irregular status cannot be rectified after the deadline, even by paying a penalty.

Your enrollment reservation will be finalized once the first installment payment is received and reflected in your student account. You can verify this with the green sticker in the “Payments” section of the Web Self-Service portal.

Please note: You do not need to submit any documents to the Student Affairs Office.

After successfully registering for enrollment, if you wish to change your degree program—provided it adheres to the language of instruction for the admission test—you can do so by submitting a reasoned request for a program change to ammissione@luiss.it no later than February 28, 2025. You can also submit a request to cancel your enrollment and receive a refund of the first installment of the single fee for the 2025/2026 academic year by February 28, 2025, at the latest.

Remember, the Orientation Office is here for you and will offer dedicated initiatives to help you choose the degree program that’s right for you. 

Please note that the fee paid covers only the reservation of enrollment.

To proceed with enrollment, you must complete the process once the registration period opens (in early July 2025) and by July 22, 2025, after obtaining your high school diploma. Students must log in to the Web Self-Service again and, without exception, by the specified deadline :

• upload the required documents;
• print and sign the enrollment application;
• pay the regional fee and stamp duty. Paying the regional tax and stamp duty within the timeframe set by the University is the only way to proceed with finalizing your enrollment.

The July 22, 2025 deadline is also non-extendable, meaning it cannot be remedied later by paying a penalty.

If you don’t complete your enrollment by July 22, 2025, regardless of whether you reserved your enrollment, your application will be automatically closed, and you won’t be able to enroll for the 2025/2026 academic year.

IMPORTANT: In all cases, and in accordance with the deadlines specified in the Call for Applications, a student’s enrollment is contingent upon the following: reserving enrollment; paying the first installment, the regional tax, and the stamp duty; submitting the enrollment application; verifying the self-certification provided when registering for the test; and obtaining, during the 2024/2025 school year, a valid upper secondary school diploma for enrollment in Italian universities, in compliance with current regulations.

If you obtain a foreign qualification, please refer to the “Rules for foreign students’ access to university courses” on the following page and contact the Italian consular authorities in the country whose educational system issued your qualification as soon as possible.
