The Luiss campuses on Viale Romania, Via Parenzo, and Viale Pola remain key points of reference for Alumni. They are typically open for events and guided tours, with access granted upon proper registration.

Upon providing identification, Alumni may access the campuses to meet with academic and administrative staff or for other reasons, provided these are compatible with academic activities and the need to manage the spaces safely.

Please note that Alumni access may be restricted for security reasons or due to specific university requirements.

Access:
Alumni who activate their Library membership can access the Library and its services. For more information, please email iscrizionibiblioteca@luiss.it. Alumni who are not registered with the Library may access it by making a reservation through the Luiss portal – Space and Service Reservations. The service is available Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM. You can reserve a time slot for a minimum of 30 minutes up to a maximum of the entire day. The Periodicals Room in the Library is reserved for a limited number of Alumni at any one time. Therefore, it is important to book only for the time you actually need and to cancel your reservation if you no longer need or are unable to use the dedicated space.

Services  
The Library's resources and services available to all Alumni (including those not registered with the Library) are:

• study at the workstations in the Periodicals Room (an interactive map helps you locate the reserved PC workstations in the room)
• access to a selection of electronic resources from the PC workstations in the Periodicals Room 

The Library reserves the right to deactivate one or more of the services provided based on specific needs.
