Ally is a mentoring program that connects Luiss students, upon completing their university studies, with Luiss Alumni—qualified professionals who volunteer their time and expertise to guide them through the challenging transition into the workforce.

This exchange program aims to provide students with practical advice and tips to navigate selection processes in competitive and complex environments. At the same time, it enhances the successful career paths of young Alumni through a dedicated community .

The Allies are alumni who have already launched successful careers but are still close to their university days. Driven by a spirit of giving back, they offer their skills and knowledge to help those who are still completing their studies and looking to start building their professional experience.

To get in touch with them, students can visit the dedicated directory. There, they'll find the various Allies divided into three teams, each focusing on a specific professional sector:

1. Strategic Consulting
2. Investment Banking
3. International & EU Cooperation

This division allows students to receive highly specialized and targeted support to help them pass the relevant selection processes.

Once a sector and a professional to contact have been chosen, the user can follow the instructions provided in the Directory to start the program.

The journey will be personalized: each Ally mentors one student at a time for up to three months, helping them pass selection interviews through a shared action plan and targeted feedback.

For Alumni, participating in the program also offers the chance to join a community, where they can build a network of contacts with other successful professionals and find a space for a valuable exchange of experiences.
