Skill-a-bus 1
The program is open to all students enrolled in the 2022–2023 academic year who are in their second year of a Bachelor's degree program in the Departments of Business and Management, Economics and Finance, or Political Science, or in their third year of the Single-Cycle Master's Degree program in Law.
Skill-a-bus 1 is completely free, and attending it results in the recognition of the University Credits required by the curriculum for Other Activities.
Skill-a-bus 1 will consist of 4 modules.
- Coaching
- Teamwork
- Problem solving
- Negotiation
The entire program will take place during the second semester (February–May 2023).
The module aims to develop teamwork skills and expose students to the dynamics that influence individual behavior in both organized and informal groups. This will enable them to better manage these dynamics, both as team members and as team leaders, by gaining awareness of the tools and attitudes needed to motivate and inspire others—a fundamental skill for excelling in any leadership role.
Module - Problem Solving: 9 hours
The module aims to explore the techniques and tools needed for creative problem-solving. This skill is useful in every aspect of human activity, but it’s essential for successfully competing and collaborating by creating the conditions that foster winning solutions.
The module aims to analyze and practice communication skills and negotiation techniques that can guide different stakeholders—each with their own interests and goals—to find and create mutually beneficial solutions for all parties involved.
