The second D&I Intersections event featured a theatrical performance addressing themes related to female leadership, the authenticity of women leaders, gender bias, resilience, and the balance between work and personal life.
The event was attended by Maria Adebahr, Minister Plenipotentiary and Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Rome; Emiliana De Blasio, Rector’s Advisor for Diversity & Inclusion; Martina Mühlhofer, General Manager Italy at Bayerische Landesbank; and Paul Vanderbroeck, Executive Coach and author of the book Leadership Strategies for Women.
