Luiss Gender Report
The Gender Report is an analysis and planning tool that allows us to thoroughly assess our University's progress toward achieving true gender equality.
Created in line with the CRUI Guidelines and building on the Gender Equality Plan approved in March 2022, the Gender Report goes beyond a snapshot of the current situation. It describes the transformation of our community, highlighting the starting point and the trends that have shaped Luiss in recent years.
The document identifies Luiss’s distinctive features in terms of gender equality, while also highlighting areas for improvement that we must focus on. We recognize that the commitment to achieving gender equality is not only a goal for our university but also one of the ways Luiss can contribute to societal growth, serving as a benchmark on the national and international stage.
