Enzo De Angelis - President, Mercer Italy

As the President of Mercer Italia, I have over 35 years of experience in Board Advisory, Executive Search, and Leadership Development for leading national companies, both listed and unlisted. I began my career in 1982 as a consultant at Arthur Andersen, where I rose through the ranks to lead the organization in Italy and Greece, ultimately becoming Regional Managing Partner in 2001. Subsequently, I served as CEO of EY Financial and Business Advisors and coordinated all activities—Corporate Finance, Tax and Legal, and Risk Consulting—within the Italian network, with the exception of auditing. In 2006, I joined Spencer Stuart Italia, an executive search firm, where I helped establish and develop the Italian business line dedicated to Executive Assessment and Board Evaluation. I took on responsibility for this service line, known as Leadership Advisory Services. At Mercer, I continue to manage Board Advisory and Leadership Development projects. I teach Corporate Governance in the Department of Business and Management at Luiss and at the Luiss Business School.

Roberto Maglione - Professor of Practice, Luiss Business School

 Currently Professor of Practice at the Luiss Business School and Senior Advisor to the Board of the School of Politics, with extensive experience in management, institutional affairs, operations, and academia. I began my career with the Olivetti Group, where I held positions of increasing responsibility within the Studies and Strategies Department and in Human Resources as Global HR, eventually becoming the Operational Vice President of the Olivetti Tecnost Group. An HR professional with a management career in companies across the ICT, Media, Aerospace, Defense, and Security sectors, including TIM, Telecom Italia Group, SKY Italia, Finmeccanica Group (now Leonardo), and Spencer Stuart Italia.

 

Flavia Mirabelli - Senior VP, HR Consultant, and Coach

After earning a degree in Literature and Philosophy and a Master’s in HR Management from ISMO/Milan, I gained 30 years of experience in Human Resources across the service and manufacturing sectors, working for organizations with a strong international focus. Leading the Human Resources function in large Italian companies and international startups (Alitalia, Alitalia Cargo, Cargoitalia), I held senior roles in multinational companies (Bombardier Transportation, Piaggio Aerospace – Mubadala Development Company), working in Italy and abroad with global responsibility for the function. Since 2020, I have been a Senior Industrial Advisor for Human Capital & Organization at a Northern European private equity fund specializing in investments in companies with a high level of innovation and environmental awareness. As a member of the International Coaching Federation as a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) and a certified coach with The Change Partnership - TCP Italy, I currently collaborate with Mercer Italy and the Scuola di Politiche.

Ilaria Benni - WW Talent & Organization Development Director, Fendi

After graduating in Business and Economics from Luiss Guido Carli, I began my professional journey in Marketing at Colgate-Palmolive. Later, I joined the HR team, focusing on Learning, Development, Change Management, Organization Design, and Executive Coaching. During this time, I had the opportunity to travel and work between Rome, Geneva, Paris, and New York, becoming a Master Trainer and facilitator for all Colgate-Palmolive leadership courses worldwide, as well as a Change Management expert. Upon completion, I earned ICF and Hogan certifications. After five years at Loro Piana (LVMH), where I served as the global head of Learning, Development, Recruiting, Employer Branding, HRIS, Organization, and the Accademia dei Mestieri, I joined Fendi in 2023 as the global head of Talent & Organization Development.

Barbara Bertolucci - Senior HR Director & Coach

After earning a law degree and completing a master's in Managerial Development at Luiss Guido Carli, I pursued a career as a Human Resources, Communication, and Compliance Executive. Senior HR Director and certified Coach with experience in complex, diversified, and international organizations (Erg Petroli, Pfizer Italiana S.p.A., Opera Don Guanella). From 1997 to 2009, I worked at Swiss Re Group as Head of HR Italy and Deputy Local Compliance Officer. I continued my career at ConvaTec as HR Manager for Italy & Iberia. From 2013, I spent about six years at Axa Partners, most recently serving as HR Communication Director for Southern Europe. Following my time at Innovery Group as HR & Compliance Director, I have been an HR Expert at the Department for Digital Transformation – Presidency of the Council of Ministers since 2021.

Fausto Fusco - Chief People & Culture Officer, BIP Group

After graduating with a degree in Political Science from Luiss Guido Carli and earning an MBA from Istituto Tagliacarne, I began my career in 1997 as an HR Business Partner at Andersen Consulting. Since 1999, I have been drawn to management consulting and have worked as a Senior Consultant at EY, handling both national and international projects. In 2002, I joined BNL as a Project Manager for Change Management and People Development projects. In 2006, I joined the ERG Group as Organization & People Development Manager. Since 2008, I have been working at Indesit Company as Organization & People Development Manager, and in 2013, I took on the role of HR Director for the Italy Area. In 2014, I joined ACI Global as Director of Human Resources, Organization, and Procurement. Since 2016, I have been the Director of Human Resources at the BIP Group, an Italian management and digital consulting firm with over 4,000 professionals worldwide.

Francesca Vadruccio - Head of HR Planning, Steering, and Services - BMW Group

After graduating in Law from Luiss Guido Carli, I embarked on my professional journey in HR, where I held various roles with progressively greater responsibilities across different sectors and companies, both in Italy and abroad. For about 10 years, I have been the HR Manager for the BMW Group, overseeing two financial services companies. Change management has been the hallmark of my experience, as I’ve had the opportunity to personally participate in or manage complex change initiatives such as acquisitions, integrations, and restructurings.
